SWAHILI ONLINE COURSES

KIU ONLINE SWAHILI COURSES are designed to emulate the face-to-face learning experience of the physical classroom in a digital format. 

You will learn one-to-one or in a group and connect to your peers via the online platforms, while your teacher will be present to guide and motivate you throughout the whole session. Speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills will all be practiced, and there is the option to break up into smaller groups or present your work to the whole class—just as in a general group course at the KIU centers. 

With the online group and individual course SWAHILI ONLINE by KIU, you can flexibly adapt learning to your schedule and learn anywhere, regardless of your location. You may be alone or learn in a small group. You will be introduced to Swahili using everyday situations and practice Swahili in a diverse and varied way.

What does the online course offer?

The ONLINE course, individual or group, is offered at all levels (from beginners to advanced). With this course model, you will achieve the greatest possible learning progress within a very short time:

your questions, provide regular feedback, and offer individual learning tips.

Trainers. You will send written tasks directly to your tutors for correction and feedback.

Our online courses use real-life situations to provide an authentic context in which to learn the Swahili language. LINE group course offer?

The learning program consists of exercises that you complete on your own at your own pace and exercises in which you work together with the other course participants in your group virtual classroom sessions with your tutor to discuss the exercises and practice communication skills.

As you progress through the course, your tutors may offer you additional exercises to enhance your learning progress.

Time: On weekdays and weekends, choose a time between 06:00 and 22:00 (EAT). Make sure to verify the time difference between Tanzania and where you are!

Class Size: ​ Maximum of 5 students for group courses.

Workload: ​approx. 60 – 120 hours to complete one course level
